1 and 1/2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 peeled apple ( I like to add a 1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce also)
4 cups almond or coconut milk
Dash or pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
Add wheat germ, flax seed and any other favorite seeds/grains
Blend + enjoy
