Combine olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon, kosher salt, garlic, chopped fresh parsley, basil and dill. ( substitute fresh herbs to preference)
Marinate skinless boneless chicken breasts for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Grill and enjoy! Serve with a grain salad and grilled vegetables for a simple weeknight supper or an outdoor gathering with friends.
