Vanilla Brioche French Toast

4 large eggs

1cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 thick slices of brioche bread
- 1 tsp butter for skillet
Instructions

In a medium bowl, beat the eggs together well.

Mix in nut milk, cinnamon and vanilla.

Soak brioche slices in egg mixture for 2 minutes.

Heat a large skillet with butter on medium to medium-high heat. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook until the other side is also golden brown, about 3 minutes.

Drizzle with maple syrup and top with berries.

Serve immediately.
